This company excels in Customer Service. The non-delivered purchase

My experience has been terrible. My order was delivered to an address in another state. I sent all the information to Zoomget and have yet to receive the item I ordered. I keep getting the runaround and no one will tell me WHEN I WILL RECEIVE MY ORDER!!!
