Product & Shipping
We currently ship to the continental United States, at this time we are unable to ship internationally, or to Alaska (AK) and Hawaii (HI). Packages addressed to a P.O. Box are not covered by UPS Ground and may require a physical address.
All orders ship weekdays, Monday through Friday. We process all our orders within two business days from when the order is placed. Orders on Saturday and Sunday are processed Monday. Typically, we can process and ship the products the same day the order is placed, however, orders received after 2 pm Pacific Standard Time will not be shipped until the next business day.

Zoomget charges sales tax in Georgia, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Washington.
Products from Zoomget can be returned within 30 days of the recipient receiving the package. Returns will only be accepted if the product is unused and the boxes are unopened. All returns should be sent to 1019 W. James St., Suite 200 Kent, WA 98032. Refunds will be processed once the package is received by our warehouse. At this time exchanges and replacements can't be made, just refunds. Please allow 3 – 5 business days for refunds.
